Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refund and cancellation conditions vary depending on the type of product or service offered on this site.
1. Tournament Entry Fee (Service)
Refunds for voluntary cancellations after registration is complete are not accepted in principle. If the event is cancelled at the organizer's discretion, entry fees will be refunded or transferred to a future event. In the event of cancellation or postponement due to force majeure (natural disaster, epidemic, government action, venue unavailability, etc.), the organizer will determine the appropriate response.
Cancellation & Postponement (Force Majeure)
If an event or tournament is cancelled or postponed due to natural disaster, epidemic, transportation disruption, government action, venue unavailability, or other force majeure circumstances, a refund or entry transfer will be provided. The organizer will determine which option applies.
