Refund Policy & Terms of Entry

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made for personal reasons after registration is complete.

Registration fees are non-refundable in the event of a no-show on the day of the tournament.

If the tournament is cancelled due to the organizer's decision, we will provide a refund or a credit for a future event. The choice between a refund or credit remains at the organizer's discretion.

In the event of natural disasters (typhoons, earthquakes), infectious diseases, government orders, venue unavailability, or other force majeure, we will offer a refund or credit for a future event at the organizer's discretion.

Non-participation due to failure to obtain a visa, travel restrictions, flight cancellations, or other personal travel/accommodation issues is not eligible for a refund.

Even for group applications, payments and terms apply to each individual. Group status does not alter the refund conditions.

Payment processing is handled by period3 on behalf of the All Japan Competitive Push Hands Federation. Except for the cases mentioned above, registration fees are non-refundable.
